On 5th Dec, 2012, Mr. Locke, U.S. Ambassador to China, met with Mr. Huang Ming, vice president of International Solar Energy Institute and chairman of Himin Solar Co.,Ltd, they exchanged their opinions about Himin Climate Mart. Locke expressed that USA won’t take action of anti-dumping to Climate Mart products, and will assistant Himin to promote it in America.

On that day, during the meeting between Locke and Chinese entrepreneurs from aigo Entrepreneurs Alliance, Huang Ming introduced the concept, technologies, products and business model of Micro-emission Earth Strategy and Climate Mart to Locke, and talked about the possibility of promoting climate products in the USA. When they talked about anti-dumping to solar photovoltaic, Locke promised that America would not do that to climate mart products, and they will assist Himin to introduce them to American companies and citizens.

Climate Mart is a solution to global climate change proposed by Himin. It changes the commercial attribute of PV products to terminal consumer goods, and makes it penetrate every aspects of social life, then promote the market really. In the recent years, China PV industries were ravaged many times, the reasons for that are the above: first, material, technology, equipment and market are all abroad, China is not in command; second, they rely on government subsidy too much. The development of Himin Climate Mart provides two inspirations to PV industry: one is commercial operation, not rely on government subsidy, the other is product innovation, which is the way to lead future and survival.
